How this Xiaohongshu downloader works
Step 1: Copy the share link
In Xiaohongshu or RedNote, open a public note and tap Share → Copy Link. You can paste either the bare URL or the whole share message (title + link).
Step 2: Paste and find the media

Step 3: Save what you need
For videos, tap Download MP4. For photos, download one image or use Select all / ZIP on albums. On iPhone use Safari’s share sheet; on Android check Files → Downloads.
What a successful result looks like
After a public link parses, you get a preview card first — cover or photo thumbnails, note title, author when available, media type, image count for albums, format (MP4 / WebP / JPG), and how long the parse took. Only then do you tap Download MP4 or Download Image.

What is this Xiaohongshu Downloader?

Does it remove the RedNote/Xiaohongshu watermark?
Yes — completely. Xiaohongshu adds watermarks on the client side (in the app). Our downloader connects directly to the CDN and retrieves the original file before the watermark layer is applied. You get a clean, watermark-free video or image every time. This works for both new posts and older content on the platform.
Is this Xiaohongshu video downloader free?
Yes. Paste a public note link and download without signing up or paying. There is no daily quota for normal personal use. Fresh Copy Link shares that include xsec_token work best. Private notes, deleted posts, and expired tokens cannot be downloaded; re-copy the link from the app and try again. Do you store my links or files?
We do not keep a public archive of the links you paste or the media you download. We do process limited technical data: hosting access logs, short IP rate-limit counters, ~24h note-ID caches for speed, Plausible and Microsoft Clarity analytics (not GA4), and short-lived error/ops metrics.
